About Us

Dutchman's Cove is a family owned and operated business situated on Beautiful Georgian Bay. We offer serviced year round dockage facilities only minutes away from the comfort and beauty of the Town of Penetanguishene.

 

Dutchman's specializes in providing service for the boater who likes to do things themselves. The friendly manager, Bob Green, will be working right alongside you when you step your mast, always ready to offer assistance or advice on tuning the rig. Bob's approach is to cater to the person who enjoys working on the boat as well as sailing it and would rather save some money by doing the bottom himself, rather than simply paying some faceless marina worker to do it for him.

 

A no frills marina for the independent do-it-yourselfers, but when the need arises we can draw on the best tradesmen on southern Georgian Bay. Come and see Dutchman's. You'll be glad you did!

· Dockage

Transient Dockage - Slips available for boats up to 45 feet. Daily and Weekly rates.

· Summer Dockage - Full Service slips for boats up to 45 feet.

· Parking - Ample parking is available near your boat.

Electricity and Water - We have full electricity and water hookups to all slips.

Showers and Washrooms - We have a separate washroom building with showers and facilities. There is always hot and cold running fresh water.

Pumpouts, Garbage and Recycling - At Dutchman's Cove we believe in protecting the environment. We provide pumpouts for on board waste waters, and we have recycling bins and garbage disposal facilities.

Attractions - Those of you who enjoy history will want to visit Midland's Huron Indian Village, and the Martyr's Shrine as well as Discovery Harbour in Penetanguishene. In the evening you can enjoy the many fine restaurants in the area or take in a show at the famous King's Wharf Summer Theatre.
